Coordination and Allocations:
- Support with allocation of work to various stakeholders including Lyra’s local provider subsidiaries and partners, Clinical Consultants, Direct Affiliate Networks, and other Operational support teams as needed.
- Ensure smooth distribution of tasks to meet operational demands.
Data Support:
- Support with data handling, correspondence follow up for case/event data, data capture and data checking, and related work, including customer satisfaction and feedback data.
- Assist with data-related correspondence, updating affiliate records, and collating data for reporting needs.
Professional Correspondence and SLA Duties:
- Support mailbox handling and correspondence with clients, affiliates, and internal/external stakeholders on administrative matters.
- Carry out administrative duties for SLA adherence, including technology-tool setups and processing financial documents for provider payments and customer billing.
