We are seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our real estate team by managing and scheduling appointments with inbound leads. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in communication to ensure potential clients are nurtured and scheduled for initial consultations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact and follow up with inbound real estate leads (not cold calls). Schedule initial appointments between leads and sales team members using Calendly or other scheduling tools. Manage leads and update records in the Total Expert CRM. Track follow-ups to increase lead-to-appointment conversion rates. Communicate professionally with potential clients, including Spanish-speaking clients (preferred). Provide daily updates and notes on lead activity. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in appointment setting, lead management, or customer service (real estate background is a plus but not required). Strong communication skills; ability to hold engaging conversations with potential clients. Spanish-speaking ability is highly preferred (about 30% of clients are Spanish-speaking). Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Total Expert is an advantage). Comfort with scheduling platforms such as Calendly. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
