About the Role:
- Responsible for first-line review, triage, and disposition of fraud alerts and monitoring reports.
- Conducts end-to-end case investigations and executes card actions to mitigate loss.
What You Will Do:
- Reviews fraud alerts across multiple monitoring populations and product types.
- Establishes expected activity profiles and identifies patterns consistent with fraud typologies.
- Documents all review activity and escalates SAR-eligible indicators same business day.
What You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with less than two years of related experience.
- Exposure to fraud, payments, banking operations, or customer service required.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and self-sufficiency across multiple systems.
