About the Role:
- Investigate and resolve fraud across Engine X and travel marketplace, from detection through resolution.
- Report to the Sr. Manager, Fraud Operations, as part of the dedicated Risk function.
- Central to protecting Engine and its customers as we scale.
What You'll Do:
- Investigate and close fraud cases across card fraud, application fraud, and travel marketplace disputes.
- Triage Early Fraud Warning alerts and prevent disputes before escalation.
- Manage card disputes and chargebacks through full lifecycle, including documentation and representment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience investigating fraud cases from alert through resolution.
- Chargeback and dispute lifecycle experience.
- Strong written documentation to support regulatory review.
