About the Role:
- You will lead fraud operations across Engine X card, application fraud, and the travel marketplace.
- This is the foundational fraud leadership hire as Engine scales.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of Fraud Analysts, setting investigation standards and documentation quality.
- Build and maintain investigation playbooks and SOPs across fraud types.
- Design fraud detection controls in partnership with Product and Engineering.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including card fraud operations and people leadership.
- Familiarity with SEON, Salesforce, BSA/AML, and strong written communication.
- CFE certification strongly preferred; CAMS is a plus.
