Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a group of people leaders and ICs across multiple fraud operations teams, focusing on performance management and career growth.
- Define and execute an operational strategy to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance, driving measurable impact.
- Foster cross-functional alignment and serve as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring robust incident resolution.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of direct experience in disputes and fraud risk prevention within FinTech/tech.
- 5+ years of fraud management experience, including leading managers or senior ICs.
- Proven success in delivering large-scale operational change with measurable impact on efficiency and quality.
