What You'll Do:
- Own trust and safety policies, fraud prevention strategy, and payments optimization.
- Manage third-party relationships with payment, fraud, and KYC vendors.
- Shape the long-term payments and fraud roadmap.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in payments, fraud, risk, or trust & safety operations at a high-growth consumer platform.
- Deep fluency in chargeback reason codes, 3DS, KYC, and fraud-vs-conversion economics.
- High agency, calm under fire, and strong commercial and analytical instincts.
