Merchant Onboarding:
- Own end-to-end onboarding execution from commercial handover to go-live.
- Coordinate across Sales, Underwriting, Compliance, and Product to keep timelines on track.
- Serve as the direct point of contact for merchants during onboarding.
Payments Expertise & Process Ownership:
- Serve as PAR's internal center of expertise on payment gateway operations and merchant acquiring.
- Build and maintain onboarding playbooks using AI-assisted tools.
- Analyze onboarding data to identify friction points and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of two onboarding specialists.
- Build your team's AI fluency and embed AI tools into daily workflows.
- Monitor team workload and conduct quality audits.
