Role Overview:
- Responsible for transforming SentiLink's Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact fraud intelligence function.
- Oversee the evolution of FIT's operating model, ensuring high-quality fraud labeling and actionable intelligence.
- Drive measurable business impact through fraud prevention initiatives and cross-functional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish clear performance baselines and operational metrics for FIT, including labeling volume, quality, and turnaround time.
- Design scalable quality assurance processes, including sampling methodologies and feedback mechanisms.
- Build a best-in-class entry-level talent program with onboarding, training, and career development pathways.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, risk management, or a related domain, with significant people leadership.
- 4+ years managing teams of Fraud Analysts with a track record of improving performance.
- Strong analytical skills and technical fluency to work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams.
