Growth Optimization Lead

Rubi Labs is looking for a Growth Optimization Lead. In this role, you'll deliver 15% conversion rate growth in a quarter and drive the entire process, from data analysis and hypothesis generation to creating high-fidelity mockups and collaborating with developers on implementation. You will also own the performance outcomes. The key responsibilities include leading end-to-end optimization cycles, performing deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking, designing high-quality UI/UX mockups, partnering with engineers, maintaining attention to detail, analyzing test outcomes, documenting learnings, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
