Responsibilities:
- Review action lists and reports to prioritize ordering data for payoffs, taxes, HOAs, and utilities.
- Enter amounts and paid-through dates into systems and add information to title commitments as available.
- Follow up with third parties on overdue items and reorder expired items to maintain timelines.
Competencies:
- Demonstrate strong communication and detail orientation to manage multiple files accurately.
- Utilize technical ability with systems like ResWare and web portals while adopting new tools.
- Show ownership in problem-solving by raising blockers early and proposing fixes to prevent rework.
Qualifications and Schedule:
- High school diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in high-volume customer service, financial services, or title/escrow environments is beneficial.
- Work an 8-hour shift ending at 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM Eastern, with potential for later shifts based on business needs.
