Role Overview:
- Help improve how Kiva documents, organizes, and shares information.
- Focus on capturing and translating internal knowledge.
- Provide support during high-volume periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the audit, organization, and standardization of internal documentation.
- Document key processes, systems, and workflows by working closely with team members.
- Draft and update content for partner resources.

- Strong critical thinking, with an eye for detail, and ownership of your work.
- Enjoys problem-solving and relationship building.
- Highly proactive and able to work independently.
