Prepare and facilitate leadership meetings so decisions are made and followed through on.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure strategic decisions are understood and implemented across relevant committees and teams.
Monitor key business metrics in collaboration with Finance and support leadership with course correction recommendations.
Support leadership in scaling operational processes sustainably by identifying bottlenecks and preparing decision proposals.

Leadership Projects & Strategic Initiatives:

Drive high-priority leadership initiatives such as service expansion, talent development, or organizational change.
Ensure clarity of ownership, purpose, and execution — and challenge constructively when adjustments are needed.
Support the leadership team in fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture.
