Accountant

Your Part-Time Controller, LLC is seeking a dedicated Accountant to provide transformative accounting services to nonprofit clients. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll on a weekly and monthly basis. The Accountant will also perform bank account and balance sheet reconciliations, prepare monthly financials and related analysis, and manage grant tracking and monitoring. Cash flow projections and preparation for outside audits are also key components of this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 3 years of related experience (5+ years preferred), outstanding communication skills, and knowledge of accounting software packages like QuickBooks. A willingness to travel to client offices is required and nonprofit experience is preferred.
