Project Manager

Seeking a Project Manager to collaborate with leaders across the organization to plan, manage, and complete assigned projects within deadline, budget, and quality requirements. This role will lead some of Better Life Partner's highest impact, mission-critical projects focused on a varied portfolio of initiatives significantly impacting member care and employee experience. The Project Manager will develop project plans, solicit input from the team and key stakeholders, liaise with end users to determine project scope, prepare cost estimates, analyze problems, identify resource needs, and serve as a point of contact among key stakeholders.
