Role Overview:
- This is a hands-on architecture role combining strategic technical leadership with active participation in solution design and prototyping.
- You will report to the Director of Engineering and help define the future of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture design of cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
- Establish coding standards, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineers on best practices.
- Partner with product, engineering, data science, and security teams to translate fraud and risk requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS with expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience architecting high-volume, low-latency systems serving millions of requests.
- Expertise in event-driven platforms, message brokers (Kafka), and database optimization.
