Play a key role in shaping our go-to-market engine—prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and building the foundation for long-term revenue growth. As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for initiating outbound outreach to strategic accounts via email, phone, and social platforms, qualifying leads by identifying needs, buying intent, and readiness to engage. You will also leverage tools like Gong, Apollo, and ChatGPT to scale and personalize your workflow, working closely with AEs and marketing to align campaigns and iterate on outreach tactics. The role involves tracking KPIs, feedback, and insights to improve conversion and lead quality.
