Your Role:
- Lead, hire, coach, and retain a team of engineers working across wallet clients, supporting services, and onchain integrations.
- Set technical direction with senior engineers for account creation, key management, signing, transaction construction, and dApp connectivity.
What You Bring:
- Experience managing and developing software engineers in a high-ownership environment.
- Direct experience shipping production blockchain wallet functionality, understanding self-custody, private-key security, and transaction lifecycle.
