Microsoft 365 Migration Consultant

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider supporting global technology leaders, is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Consultant to support one of our clients during a Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration project. The client has two subsidiaries that are moving production email, personal documents, and shared drives from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. This role will lead and execute migration activities including mailbox, Drive, and Shared Drive migrations using Cloudiway or similar tools. It involves configuring and provisioning Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive environments, mapping and validating user accounts, groups, and permissions, and supporting pilot and production migrations. The consultant will also monitor migration progress, troubleshoot issues, and work with the client's team to ensure successful delivery.
