Role Overview:
- Drive cost clarity and commercial discipline across Rubix’s regional data center portfolio.
- Develop benchmarks, controls, and reporting to support smart investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own cost planning, estimating, budgeting, and forecasting from feasibility through final accounts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on procurement, tender strategy, and value engineering.
- Produce clear cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and executive-level updates.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of cost management or commercial management experience on large-scale construction or data center projects.
- Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract cost management, tendering, and change control.
- Ability to travel globally as needed.
