Role and Impact:
- Own technical design and implementation of systems supporting clinician workflows.
- Design and build intelligent logistics infrastructure optimizing clinician time and member risk.
- Translate operational needs into robust, maintainable systems.
Responsibilities:
- Build automation and AI-enabled workflows.
- Drive initiatives from discovery through implementation and iteration.
- Contribute to engineering best practices and system scalability.
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of experience building and scaling production systems.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with at least one additional backend language.
- Experience building across the stack, including backend services and frontend applications.
