Job Description
We are seeking a Contract Lawyer to join our team remotely. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, legal opinions, letters, and other legal documents. You will be supporting the negotiation process and collaborating with internal stakeholders on legal queries while providing legal support on different issues. You will also be devising and documenting contract strategy in line with our company values and ensuring compliance of all contracts and actions with all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws. Additionally, expect to draft legal documentation as needed and examine and report any potential or existing legal issues to the relevant authorities.
