Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the internal Human Resources (HR) service and operations delivery model:

– Supervises HR operations staff.

– Serves as the primary point of contact for the HR Operations function.

– Leads and manages the team in addressing employee and leader-related questions.

Also, ensure efficiency and maximizes the effectiveness of the HR Operations service center model:

– Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resources programs.

– Coordinates services with human resources information systems and HR managers.

– Works to ensure effective delivery of service level agreements.

Lastly, compiles and analyzes statistics related to operations team activities and reports on trends:

– Identifies and solves administrative problems which hinder effective and efficient operations.

– Consults on new system implementations, bringing the perspective of business processes, employee/leader experience.

– Supervises the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the administrative business processes of human resources.
