• Supervises HR operations staff and serves as the primary point of contact for the HR Operations function.
• Leads the team in addressing employee and leader-related questions.
• Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resources programs.

• Development of concepts, solutions and roadmaps for HR digitization based on ServiceNow HRSD / Employee Experience.
• Analysis of existing HR processes and derivation of meaningful improvement and automation measures
• Close cooperation with customer teams and our delivery units

• Leading discovery and current‑state analysis to identify value opportunities in people processes.
• Driving digital and AI transformation initiatives by automating manual HR workflows.
• Translating HR requirements into technical acceptance criteria and coordinating with IT and vendors.

As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow HR Consultant, you will support our clients in the digital transformation of their HR processes - with a clear focus on Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery and modern HR architectures. Your tasks include developing concepts, solutions and roadmaps for HR digitization based on ServiceNow HRSD / Employee Experience, moderation of workshops for process definition, optimization, re-design and gap analysis.
