Job Description
As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow HR Consultant, you will support our customers in the digital transformation of their HR processes. Development of concepts, solutions and roadmaps for HR digitization based on ServiceNow HRSD / Employee Experience. Analysis of existing HR processes and derivation of meaningful improvement and automation measures. Support in pre-sales activities such as scoping, RFPs and solution design. Close cooperation with customer teams and our delivery units. Experience in moderating workshops and in working with HR stakeholders.
