Job Description
The Product Manager will be at the forefront of the exciting new AI Space of AI Agents. The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical product capacity or as traditional product with a background in building products with a keen interest in AI and Innovation. Expertise with AI Products, ServiceNow platform and the ability to translate complex requirements into functional solutions will be critical in driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop Roadmap and feature prioritization for AI Agent Platform Innovation, stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and platform technologies, provide informed recommendations and insights to PM leadership, create quick technical solutions using various AI frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate solutions to customers, engage with customers to understand their needs, and define key performance indicators.
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, in Agile, and with ServiceNow's core modules is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making is needed.
