Responsibilities:
- Develop hands-on programming courses to teach CS concepts using Brilliant’s Python learning game.
- Design new learning games that teach algorithms, data structures, and computational thinking.
- Decompose complex CS ideas like recursion and dynamic programming into approachable steps.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in STEM and experience with research or teaching.
- Extensive use of AI agents for coding with an opinionated stance on core concepts for agentic coding.
- Ability to teach complex topics with clear, simple, hands-on steps.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $110,000 - $180,000 per year plus stock options.
