Essential Functions:
- Employee Experience & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, manage engagement through the Workleap platform, and lead onboarding and offboarding.
- Total Rewards: Lead annual Open Enrollment, manage the 401(k) plan and audits, and administer leaves, disability programs, and compensation benchmarking.
Technical HR Operations:
- People Analytics: Utilize HR data to provide insights on turnover and engagement trends to leadership.
- System Administration: Serve as an administrator for UKG Pro and UKG Ready, ensuring data integrity and providing payroll support to the Finance team.
Compliance & Job Requirements:
- Multi-State Governance: Manage federal, state, and local compliance across approximately 35 states, maintaining accurate policies and confidential records.
- Qualifications: Require a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, proficiency in UKG and MS Excel, and strong competencies in communication and problem-solving.
