Staff Security Engineer, IAM

What you’ll do:

• Design comprehensive identity and AI access solutions that scale with business growth, including AI agent governance and privileged access workflows.
• Codify identity platforms in Terraform, migrating from click-ops to infrastructure-as-code with peer-reviewed policies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to re-architect identity and access across cloud organizations, ensuring least privilege and secure-by-default guardrails.

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive IAM experience designing enterprise-scale solutions, with expert-level Okta expertise and strong infrastructure-as-code practice with Terraform.
• Proficiency writing and shipping Python as a software engineer, including modular, tested, code-reviewed services on GCP Cloud Run.
• Cloud identity depth in GCP and AWS, including resource hierarchy design, IAM policy models, and workload identity federation.
