Director of Medicaid Services

Summary:

• This role provides strategic and operational leadership for an assigned portfolio of Medicaid Services external quality review contracts.
• The Director is accountable for contract performance, customer satisfaction, budget management, and staff development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract alignment with state and federal requirements and lead project planning, implementation, and performance monitoring.
• Coach and manage project managers and assigned staff, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor financial performance, mitigate risks, and support business development and proposal activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum eight years of progressive experience in Medicaid, managed care, healthcare quality, or related fields, with five years in management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Copilot.
