About the role:
- Embed in each function before building anything to learn how it works and the workflows worth automating.
- Configure and deploy the End User Workbench for each function supported, tailored to the team's actual work process.
- Then you scope, build, and ship agentic workflows in production across business functions like legal review, financial operations, marketing, HR, and revenue.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate AI-native vendor solutions alongside the functions you support and make honest build-versus-buy recommendations.
- Support your partners through agent ownership and what it means to maintain a workflow when you've never operated software before.
- Return field signal to the platform, so what you learn forward-deployed shapes how the End User Workbench evolves.
What we're looking for:
- A track record of building and shipping technology solutions that run in production, such as agentic workflows and LLM-powered applications.
- The ability to build trust with non-engineering teams and stay embedded through slow, non-linear organizational change.
- Comfort with ambiguity, as the working model for this role is being built alongside you.
