Your Mission with Us:
- You drive the commercial development of the ESN brand in the trade and serve as the central sparring partner for the Brand Commercial Lead.
- You translate strategic initiatives into concrete trade measures, developing solutions that sustainably boost distribution, revenue, and profitability.
- You coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Brand, Product, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners.
Your Experience & Skills:
- You hold a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field and have 3–5 years of experience in commercial, category management, trade marketing, or sales development.
- You have strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs, sales, and market data, and are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are characterized by high initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and excellent communication and project management skills.
