Job Description

Spring Health is seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Associate Critical Incident Response (CIR) Care Advocate to join our team. In this remote, full-time role, you play a pivotal role in ensuring workplaces have the resources and support they need to navigate workplace crises. You will provide vital coordination and logistical support for CIR servicesโ€”helping companies respond effectively to incidents such as workplace accidents, employee deaths, suicides, or organizational restructuring. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in mental health and crisis response, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in moments of critical need. Key responsibilities include coordinating CIR requests, scheduling support resources, collaborating with internal teams, communicating with stakeholders, and adhering to compliance standards.
