Production Delivery Team Lead

We’re looking for a Production Delivery Team Lead to join our Print facility in Irving, Texas. This role will ensure that all shipments (magazines, welcome kits, training materials, and event supplies) are packed and shipped on time, accurately, and with the highest quality. The Production Delivery Team Lead will supervise the daily operations of the shipping team, oversee inventory related to shipping needs, and communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery workflows. The role includes supervising the shipping team, packaging and shipping items, overseeing inventory management, preforming quality control, communicating with other departments regarding shipment timelines, leading daily team check-ins, ensuring shipments meet standards, and maintaining accurate data.
