This position is best for a candidate who is advancing towards an advisor role or enjoys supporting efforts around the end client experience. Essential functions include supporting advisors through all stages of planning, partnering with advisor teams to deliver an exceptional client experience, uncovering clients' needs, collaborating with other groups, and staying current on financial planning topics. You will also dispense financial planning advice, deliver support that results in increased referrals and retention, co-present concepts with advisors, and assist with improving efficiency and client experiences.
Required skills: Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance preferred), CFPĀ® designation (or equivalent), 6 years of client-facing experience, proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and financial planning software. Must possess flexibility, versatility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to travel up to 20% required.
