Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of team member access, ensuring proper permissions through identity management workflows and integrations.
- Architect and maintain the macOS fleet using JAMF for compliance, encryption, and minimal user disruption while monitoring DLP posture with tools like Crowdstrike.
- Utilize automation to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and support tickets, and partner with DevOps to secure AWS cloud infrastructure configurations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in a technical IT role such as IT Support or Systems Administration with deep hands-on experience troubleshooting and managing macOS professionally.
- Proven experience managing users and access within an identity provider and using MDMs for configuration deployment, software updates, and fleet compliance.
- Familiarity with DLP tooling and tuning, along with a fundamental understanding of security principles like Least Privilege and Multi-Factor Authentication.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $145,000 to $170,000 per year, with a total rewards package including stock options and comprehensive employee benefits effective Day 1.
