Account Strategy & Planning:

  • Own the development of annual client plans, including detailed financial forecasts, pipeline targets, and strategic theme breakdowns to align with client objectives.
  • Set and manage account-level revenue goals, margin objectives, and create actionable 60/90/180-day plans with measurable milestones tied to pipeline outcomes.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Orchestrate executive-to-executive connections between OCI leadership and client leadership to drive satisfaction and consistent value delivery.
