Position Summary:
- Build product knowledge, consulting skills, and implementation proficiency
- Provide expertise of tax processes and enabling technologies
- Help clients solve problems and create business value
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to project management by creating and maintaining project documentation
- Translate requirements and design into appropriate documentation format
- Train tax users to effectively use applications
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field required
- Technical knowledge and experience working with Java, SQL, and Windows
- Experience with transaction tax systems a plus
