Engagement Specialist

Role Overview:

• You will combine communication, negotiation, and investigative skills to help organizations address software compliance challenges.
• You will act as a key point of contact between businesses and compliance initiatives, resolving licensing issues.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage direct communication with end users as part of compliance and anti-piracy initiatives.
• Handle challenging negotiations and overcome objections to drive successful resolutions.
• Analyze compliance data and conduct open-source investigations to identify unauthorized usage.
