Solutions Engineer

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and client-focused professional to bridge the gap between sales, product, and implementation teams. You will own the technical delivery of customer solutions, including data integrations, workflow automation, and cloud data warehousing, ensuring scalable and high-quality implementations. The position involves hands-on solution design, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and supporting multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong client relationships. Accountabilities include collaborating with Sales, leading product demonstrations, designing and implementing data integrations, serving as technical owner for onboarding, troubleshooting technical issues, partnering with Product and Engineering, developing reusable playbooks, and tracking project metrics. Requirements include 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, strong knowledge of SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation tools, and cloud data warehousing, solid understanding of data structures and ETL processes, and excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
