About the Role:
- You will help improve patient access to innovative therapies by addressing complex reimbursement and insurance coverage challenges.
- You will serve as a trusted resource for healthcare providers and facilities navigating reimbursement requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Provide practical guidance on coding, coverage, payment, and prior authorization processes.
- Develop and deliver reimbursement presentations, training sessions, and educational materials.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to reduce treatment barriers.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in reimbursement or market access.
- Strong knowledge of coding, coverage, and payment for implantable medical devices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with willingness to travel up to 25%.
