Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate on product-specific acquisition options, including specialty pharmacy networks and distribution support.
• Provide local expertise on payer policies, coding changes, and claims submission to address access issues.
• Collaborate with oncology internal stakeholders and report payer trends to patient services and managed care teams.

Qualifications:

• Oncology or hematology-oncology experience strongly preferred, with buy-and-bill product knowledge.
• Demonstrated understanding of coding, billing, reimbursement, and patient support program operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of industry experience in access and reimbursement preferred.
