Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, develop, and manage a regional Oncology FRM team.
- Build, hire, and onboard a portfolio-ready team with clear expectations and a culture of accountability.
Field Execution:
- Set and reinforce expectations for customer engagement, account prioritization, and compliant use of resources.
- Coach FRMs through travel, team meetings, and individualized development plans.
- Ensure FRMs educate HCP staff on coverage, coding, billing, and affordability support.
Cross-functional Partnership:
- Translate oncology portfolio strategy into regional execution plans.
- Partner with Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, and Brand teams to define training and tools.
- Monitor team activity and performance through analytics and field insights.
