Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, HR, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday consultant experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in configuring Workday HCM or Finance modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, or Payroll.
- Experience with all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering and deployment.
