Job Description

Responsibilities include:

-Managing backup results on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.

-Rapidly triage and resolve backup failures in a timely manner.

-Escalate issues with failure resolutions to the backup lead or management.

Qualifications:

-At least 5 years’ experience in IT Systems Support.

-At least 2+ Years administering/supporting enterprise backup software.

-Experience working in a multi tenanted environment utilizing different backup tools/processes.

Additional Skills:

-Strong documentation skills.

-Strong presentation and communication skills.

-Strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to customer needs/requirements
