The individual in this role will design, deploy, troubleshoot and perform core system administration functions to manage critical infrastructure across the organization! Responsibilities include installation, configuration, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of Linux / Windows based systems, VMWare, Citrix and NAS/SAN infrastructure.

As a member of the IT Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the Siemens and Dassault Systèmes PLM systems involving but not limited to Teamcenter, NX, and Solidworks; the software used to design and manufacture the most advanced systems in the world. Deploy, configure, and maintain these CAD-related relation solutions comprised of various tiers. Actively monitor and improve the PLM production environment.

Provide remote IT support and ensure clients receive top-notch technical assistance. Handle a range of tasks, from system updates to hands-on troubleshooting, playing a critical role in maintaining IT service standards. The role requires resolving various technical issues and serving as an escalation point for technicians.

Provide technical support for employees, acting as an internal customer advocate; take ownership of new cases via telephone, email, and web, ensuring they are handled according to SLA. You'll also contribute to knowledge base articles, draft technical notices, and prioritize tasks.
