• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and VDI solutions.
• Manage complex projects end-to-end, from architecture and deployment to migration and ongoing enablement.
• Troubleshoot high-impact issues, mentor junior engineers, and deliver scalable, resilient, and secure virtualization solutions.

• Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Microsoft server environments and related technologies.
• Schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies and configuration guidelines.

• Managing customer's backup infrastructure, monitoring, reporting, and maintaining as required.
• Providing 2nd and 3rd level backup infrastructure support and performing timely restoration of objects or client environments.
• Working with the backup lead to ensure configurations are implemented to best practices and performing regular health checks.

The Senior NOC Engineer works with limited direct supervision and guidance of the NOC shift manager and is a key stakeholder in incident response, troubleshooting, network planning and procedures development. This position requires system network and design expertise, for conducting high level systems analysis, planning, and coordinating installations and deployments.

Serve on the front line, providing customers with professional technical support services for MongoDB, resolving complex problems for demanding deployments. Form the backbone of our MongoDB support organization, assisting fellow support engineers, leading in content creation, collaborating with other departments, and impacting product strategy.
