Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn. Provide crucial administrative support to Project Managers and the Program Manager. Support small internal initiatives within the PMO to increase independence from development teams.

• Align all sales and pre-sales functions to optimize company growth and profitability.
• Oversee operational aspects of the GTM function, ensuring streamlined processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales enablement and operations professionals.

Designs and develops SharePoint sites, creating custom web parts, and implementing workflows. Proficiency in languages like HTML, JavaScript, and C#, as well as a strong understanding of the SharePoint architecture. Involves client interaction to gather requirements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security and maintenance of the SharePoint environment.

• Own compensation tooling and systems, managing and optimizing CaptivateIQ.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, and Sales leadership to design and operationalize compensation plans.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to source, validate, and reconcile compensation data.
