This role involves remote desktop support for local and nationwide tickets, in-person support, and occasional Service Desk call overflow coverage. The role supports localized laboratories to provide on-site support 2-4 days a week and provides remote support to labs across North America.
Act as the primary IT contact for the London office, communicating with management. Provide 2nd Tier support to resolve technical problems onsite and remotely.
