Join Twilio as a Solutions Architect on Twilio’s SEGMENT Professional Services team. You’ll lead technical on-boarding with clients to help them deploy Segment CDP and launch use cases delivering value to their customers and organization, guiding our clients through their initial deployment and ongoing evolution with deep product knowledge, industry knowledge, and best practices.

Collaborate with prospects and clients to understand technical requirements and business objectives within Public Works. Identify, propose, and promote Trimble Cityworks & Unity solutions aligning with clients' needs. Provide expert support for complex technical issues related to asset management and community development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and maintain software and data solutions. Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and efficient code. Debug and troubleshoot software issues. The role can be fully remote (within the U.S.), in-person based out of Jersey City, NJ, or on a hybrid work schedule.

Work with both the community users and clients of Strapi by answering technical questions. Dig deep into the product to find workarounds to unblock users in their project development. Restructuring of all technical resources, involvement in this massive task.
