Sales Operations Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to refine GTM strategy.
- Evaluate and enhance the client sales process.
- Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights into sales performance.
Sales Operations Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales enablement and operations professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Work with Sales Leaders to develop enablement programs.
Sales Tools and Insights:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of sales tools and technologies.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to the annual sales forecasting and budgeting process.
