Sales Operations Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine GTM strategy.
  • Evaluate and enhance the client sales process.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights into sales performance.

Sales Operations Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales enablement and operations professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Work with Sales Leaders to develop enablement programs.

Sales Tools and Insights:

  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of sales tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
  • Contribute to the annual sales forecasting and budgeting process.
