Job Description
The job includes compensation operations where you will own compensation tooling and systems and manage and optimize CaptivateIQ. Compensation plan design and operationalization, where you will collaborate with Finance, People Operations, and Sales leadership to design and operationalize compensation plans.
Data management and analysis by partnering with data and analytics teams to source, validate, and reconcile compensation data.
Continuous improvement is a key part where you will drive continuous improvement by designing efficient workflows, improving data visibility, and enhancing reporting to enable real-time performance tracking.
Issue resolution and process improvement by leading root cause analysis for any compensation-related issues and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence.
